Article 9 of this law mentions: The following cannot benefit from the legal protection of copyright: .... c) official symbols of the state, of the public authorities and of the organizations, as: coat of arms, seal, flag, emblem, badge, medal; d) methods of payment; .... In succession to this, this image has been released into the public domain.
